Design Services
SHOWROOM VISITS & MATERIAL SELECTION:
I will accompany you to show rooms and assist you in selecting your tile, countertops, lighting, flooring, appliances, cabinets, etc. (Samples will be provided when accessible)
MATERIAL CHECK LIST:
You will receive a typed list of the materials and products you have selected. This list will include where your items can be purchased, and the sq. footage needed for your project.
ELEVATION VIEWS OF CABINETRY WITH DIMENSIONS:
Black & white, elevation line views of the cabinetry on a 11×17 layout.
FLOOR PLAN OF DESIGN WITH DIMENSIONS:
Black & white, printed on a 11×17 layout to scale.
LINE DRAWINGS:
Black & white, renderings of your final design on a 11×17 layout
RECEPTACLE, LIGHT SWITCH, CABINETRY AND CEILING LIGHTING LAYOUT:
Line elevation views of receptacles & light switches. Floor Plan views of ceiling lighting and cabinetry lighting.
VIRTUAL REALITY VIEWING & 3D RENDERING:
View your final design in your home using google cardboard virtual reality viewers, receive colored 3D renderings in .PDF format and Black and white renderings printed on 11 x 17 sheets.
DESIGN LAYOUT:
Every project ends with your design printed and presented to you on a 11 x 17 layout. The services you purchase will determine what your final layout will consist of.
